PHASE 1
Dating
Every good renovation starts the way every good relationship does: getting to know each other before anything gets built.
The Questionnaire
To begin, you tell us everything. Your floor plan, your inspiration, the Pinterest board you’ve been building for years. What you want, what you need, what you and your partner agree on — and what you love to argue about.
The Double Date
We meet in person. This is where we get past the small talk. Vision, function, the story you want your home to tell, budget and priorities.
The Proposal
We take everything and turn it into a plan: scope, budget, timeline, all built around your project specifically — not a template with your name on it. We go back and forth until it’s a clear yes from everyone. Then, it’s official: commitment made, we’re in this together.
PHASE 2
The Honeymoon
This is the fun part — where the vision starts coming together. And where we land on the wall color you both love, in a finish that will survive pets and toddlers.
Site Visit
We measure, photograph, 3D scan, and get a feel for your space.
Concept Development
This is where the magic happens. We create a style guide that combines your (and your partner’s) clashing tastes and practical needs into a shared vision. We do this by digging deep into the whys of your needs and desires to create a common style identity. Then, we:
Design Refinement
We present to you the design concept, including moodboards and renders so you can make adjustments and start to visualize your space. Up to two rounds of revisions so nothing feels rushed and we know we got it right.
PHASE 3
Real Life
Every relationship hits real life eventually — there will be peaks (the kitchen starting to look amazing) and there will be valleys (a product arrives broken, a timeline shifts). This is where it matters most that we communicate clearly, keep you in the loop, and handle the unexpected.
Trades & Construction
We manage the trades, the coordination, and the inevitable curveballs, so you don’t have to. Whether we’re knocking through walls, laying mosaic floors or installing custom cabinetry, we’ll deliver the contractor-ready plans and be there to oversee the process.
Sourcing & Procurement
We preselect and compare every product for you. Once you approve, we order, track, and coordinate all the deliveries so you don’t have to.
Styling & Fine-Tuning
The final layer: we assemble, arrange, and bring everything to life for you. We plan install days to be as quick and low-disruption as possible, and you’ll know the schedule ahead of time.

Happily Ever After
We pop the champagne
Then, for the next 6 months, we hold priority spots for you, so if you need any more help along the way, we can get to it fast.

Every project is different. Multi-room projects receive a custom quote. Project management and procurement are billed hourly; contractor and product costs are separate. We’ll give you a rough estimate on your free discovery call.
