Not ready for Start to Finish? With a Design Plan, we do the design work and you decide what happens next. You’ll receive a style guide, layouts, lighting plan, product picks, and trade recommendations so you can make it happen.

PHASE 1
Dating
Every good home project starts the way every good relationship does: getting to know each other before anything gets built.
Questionnaire
To begin, you tell us everything. Your floor plan, your inspiration, the Pinterest board you’ve been building for years. What you want, what you need, what you and your partner agree on — and what you love to argue about.
The Double Date
We meet in person. This is where we get past the small talk. Vision, function, the story you want your home to tell, budget and priorities.
The Proposal
We take everything and turn it into a framework: scope, budget, timeline, all built around your project specifically — not a template with your name on it. We go back and forth until it’s a clear yes from everyone. Then, it’s official: commitment made, we’re in this together.
PHASE 2
The Honeymoon
This is the fun part — where the vision starts coming together. And where we land on the wall color you both love, in a finish that will survive pets or toddlers.
Site Visit
We measure, photograph, 3D scan, and get a feel for your space.
Concept Development
This is where the magic happens. We create a style guide that combines your (and your partner’s) clashing tastes and practical needs into a shared vision. We do this by digging deep into the whys of your needs and desires to create a common style identity. Then, we:
Design refinement
We present to you the design concept, including moodboards and renders so you can make adjustments and start to visualize your space. Up to two rounds of revisions so nothing feels rushed and we know we got it right.
Your Design Package
You’ll receive a ready-to-execute plan, including relevant trade contacts and 5-10 product recommendations per room. And that’s not all — we hold priority spots for Design Plan clients for 6 months, so if you want more help along the way, we can get to it fast.
